Company Drivers
Activity Based Pay $.35 cpm
- $.35 per mile, pc miler practical
- $.02 per mile performance bonus paid monthly (after 30 days of employment)
- $15 detainment pay after 1 hour
- $5 for Every Stop Off, Loading, Unloading, Drop and Hook
- $10 for Every Hazmat Load
- $100 Bonus for a Defect Free DOT Inspection
- Uniform Shirts-50% Match
- $75 Orientation
- $20 for Random Drug Test
- Weekly Settlement, Direct Deposit and Per Diem
Benefits
- Home on Weekends
- Medical at $31 per wk for employee & $70 per wk for family
- Optical and Dental Insurance
- $400 annual reimbursement for optical & dental expenses after 6 mo.
- 6 days of holiday pay at $75 per day

Qualifications
- High standard of professionalism
- H.S. diploma or GED
- 25 years old with acceptable MVR
- 1 year/100,000 miles experience class 8 trucks; 3 yrs/300,000 preferred
- Class A CDL with Hazmat Endorsement
