Company Drivers

Activity Based Pay $.35 cpm
  • $.35 per mile, pc miler practical
  • $.02 per mile performance bonus paid monthly (after 30 days of employment)
  • $15 detainment pay after 1 hour
  • $5 for Every Stop Off, Loading, Unloading, Drop and Hook
  • $10 for Every Hazmat Load
  • $100 Bonus for a Defect Free DOT Inspection
  • Uniform Shirts-50% Match
  • $75 Orientation
  • $20 for Random Drug Test
  • Weekly Settlement, Direct Deposit and Per Diem



Benefits
  • Home on Weekends
  • Medical at $31 per wk for employee & $70 per wk for family

  • $400 annual reimbursement for optical & dental expenses after 6 mo.
  • 6 days of holiday pay at $75 per day

Qualifications
  • High standard of professionalism
  • H.S. diploma or GED
  • 25 years old with acceptable MVR
  • 1 year/100,000 miles experience class 8 trucks; 3 yrs/300,000 preferred
  • Class A CDL with Hazmat Endorsement
