Late Fees and Communication with Driver Managers for Better Service
We have always valued quality service in our business model. We know that sometimes it is impossible to make a delivery by the latest drop time due to unforeseen circumstances like traffic, weather, or mechanical problems. Anthony Voorhees: Customer Compliment
Last week we received a call from one of our customers who called to let us know that our very own Anthony Voorhees was “a genuine pleasure to work with.” She went on to state that Anthony was always kind and friendly when he answered the phone and just as nice as can be. “Boy, if we had more carriers like you guys and his service… it was just a pleasure!” Great job Anthony! We are proud to have you as one of our drivers.
