Fleet Changes: New Roles and What It Means For You

Wanted to announce that Amy Graven has been promoted to Owner Operator Program Manager. Aleta Crouch is also assisting Amy in managing the program and helping produce growth. The reason we are making these changes is to grow our Owner Operator Program and give our owner operators and board carriers a more personalized experience.

Amy Graven’s role was previously to provide oversight to all our driver mangers, who were assigned a pool of drivers. We decided that Amy was the best fit to become the sole driver manger for our owner operators and board carriers program because of her contact and oversight over each driver so far. If you are an owner operator or board carrier your manager and primary point of contact will be Amy Graven.

To our company drivers, Travis will now oversee of all our driver managers. Your primary point of contact will be your driver manager for any issue, and your driver managers report to Travis.
