The Heart of the City

This is a friendly reminder to all drivers to plan ahead of time when being routed through major cities. Many of our lanes travel through Chicago and Atlanta, and we wanted to remind you especially to plan ahead even up to two hours to account for the messy city traffic.

Tammy Clough, driver manager and experienced driver states that Chicago, Nashville, Atlanta and Chicago are the worst cities to take a truck through. She mentions that Atlanta has a messy highway system that is terrible for drivers. She suggests that drivers always plan 2 hours in advanced to ensure timely delivery.

We value time at home but also timely and professional delivery. One way that we can find a balance of the two is by planning ahead when traveling major cities.
