Our Driver Managers work hard to offer assistance to every driver. For that reason we encourage all our drivers to call their Driver Managers when they have any questions or need help with anything. We also encourage everyone to leave a voicemail when there is no answer. This is the quickest way to reach your Driver Manager for assistance.
On rare occurrences, sometimes all Driver Managers will be unavailable. This is an extremely rare occurrence, but it has happened before when all Driver Managers are in a meeting. If you find yourself in a situation where you cannot reach any Driver Manger we have an emergency extension that you can use. It is important to remember that you should use this extension only after you have left your Driver Manager a voicemail and are still unable to reach any Driver Manager. The emergency extension is 259.
Before using the 259 emergency extension, first call your Driver Manager and leave a voicemail. Only after you have done this should you call the 259 number. The 259 extension is set to ring everyone in operations, so use the line sparingly. The 259 extension does not have a voicemail so it is set to ring indefinitely. It should only be used in emergency situations when no Driver Manager is reachable and you have already left your Driver Manager a voicemail
Hannah and Tammy will send out a PeopleNet message notifying their drivers before they go into a meeting. The message states how long they will be unavailable during the meeting. This is a good way to check if you should use the 259 extension or not.
Make sure to write down these extension numbers or store them in your phone for future reference:
