Our Training Program is considered
one of the best in the industry because of our personal mentorship program. Our trainers are passionate about the industry and have a high priority on safety. Each trainer is dedicated to providing our drivers with the preparation and support they need to feel comfortable and prepared for the beginning of their profession. If you are interested in establishing a career in trucking with us, we will reimburse you for your driving school tuition. There is no better place to learn the ropes of the industry.
CDL TRAINING PROGRAM
Our CDL Training Program is designed to teach the students the skills required to drive and back a tractor-trailer vehicle along with instilling safety strategies to perform out on the public roadway!
In exchange for the CDL Training Program fee of $1,000.00, Marvin Keller will include instruction to assist the Trainee in passing the written CDL Exam, the CDL Road Test and to prepare the Trainee to enter the Marvin Keller Over the Road Finishing Program.

DRIVER FINISHING PROGRAM
The purpose of this training program is to instruct, evaluate, and improve safe driving skills in recent driving school graduates as well as familiarize them with Department of Transportation rules and regulations and Marvin Keller Trucking policies and procedures.
Student Driver is defined as:

Graduates from an approved truck driving school shall complete 4-6 weeks of training

Meets or exceeds DOT requirements

Obtained a CDL from the state of residence

Meets MK's hiring standard, but has not yet accumulated the 12 months of experience
Graduates from approved truck driver CDL training schools shall complete four to six weeks of training under the supervision of an MK authorized Driver Trainer. This length of training for a novice driver is a minimum and maybe increased at the discretion of the Driver Trainer and HR Manager.
CDL Training Program Details
Students receive the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Association required Entry-Level Driver Training and prepare for the Class A CDL written exam, skills test, and road test.

Our training program helps the newly licensed Class A CDL student driver become a safe and reliable drivers. Marvin Keller's experienced quality trainers will help develop your driving skills and teach you the essentials of trucking necessary for your success.
