OTR Schedules
Travel the country enjoying spectacular views from one of our well-equipped 2020 and newer Freightliner Cascadias, Mack Anthems, or Kenworth T680s pulling one of our 2016 and newer Vanguard or Wabash trailers. Join our team and receive a $1,000 sign-on bonus paid out in 4 quarterly installments during their first 12 months.
Traditional OTR
This schedule gets our drivers home 3 out of 4 weekends each month to complete their restart break. Drivers earn $65,000 to $85,000 per year.
14 Day Extended Tour
Drivers on this schedule begin their week and spend one weekend out over the road then get 1 extra day plus their 34-hour break at home. This earns our drivers an additional 6 cents per mile above the Traditional OTR position.
21 Day Extended Tour
Drivers on this schedule begin their week and spend two weekends out over the road then get 2 extra days plus their 34-hour break at home. You may choose to stay out longer but it’s your discretion. At Marvin Keller, we are all about getting regular quality home time for our drivers. Those on this schedule earn an additional 10 cents per mile above the Traditional OTR position.
Team OTR
Teaming up with a partner as a team truck driver at Marvin Keller certainly has many perks including our new $3,000 team sign-on bonus - $1500 per driver. As a Marvin Keller Team Driver, you'll get paid to travel the country and enjoy spectacular views from the comfort of your cab then head home to take a break. Based on the driver's experience, our team positions share pay up to .75 CMP to the truck on all miles.
